The Giraffån is a concept composed of Giraffe and silly, one of three pieces in a small series about silly animals. Quick impasto paintings in thick oil paint that I create as relaxation painting after an exhibition-intensive period, when I really should be tidying up the studio. It is not stretched, completely raw, painted on fine linen canvas.
