Terms of service

konst24 does not sell artwork. Artists are the sellers to their customers. The platform provides software, listings, and communication features. Purchases are directly between artist and buyer.

These terms govern access to and use of konst24 ("the platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Konst24 provides software and infrastructure for discovering artworks, viewing artist profiles, and communication between users. The public gallery and artist tools are provided as-is; we may change, add, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to other users or the platform.

3. Artists and listings

Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and artwork listings (descriptions, media, availability, and pricing). Artists are responsible for legal rights to the content they upload and for complying with applicable law. Konst24 does not take title to artworks and is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and artist.

4. Buyers

Purchase and delivery terms are agreed directly between you and the artist. You should confirm price, shipping, taxes, and return/cancellation policy with the seller before paying. Konst24 is not liable for disputes between buyers and artists, except where mandatory consumer law applies.

5. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the platform (e.g. unlawful content, harassment, scraping that overloads systems, attempting to bypass security, or misrepresenting identity). We may remove content or restrict access when needed.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, and software are owned by konst24 or its licensors. Artists retain rights to their works; by uploading, you grant konst24 a licence to host, display, and operate the service with respect to that content.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated on the site or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
